What are these? Are there any advantages of having one of these compared to the regular one? At the present time I am getting some whistling sound when I take a draw as if I am getting some air. This causes a decrease in the actual throat hit. Will the adjustable draw fix this problem or is there some other solution.

Adjustable draw will solve this issue Martha. And the whistling dont cause a drop to throat kick. If you have this issue too then clean the GGTS and you will be ok my dear:)

The adjustible draw (came standard with my new GGTS) is the remedy for all of the differences/tolerances in atomizer quality. Some atty's just "whistle" and suck on air, others are almost perfect 'tight' draws (small amount of air with lots of flavorful vapor). When you find the perfectly built "atty" for you, you'll just know... and you'll be upset when it dies.

The adjustible draw allow you to be able to find that perfect draw that your favorite atty had by sealing the new chamber that comes standard with the latest GGTS. a simple twist of the control ring opens up the small holes or closes them. The cap also muffles the sizzling sound coming from the atty, making it a much quieter vape.

But the adjustable draw cap [sold separately] only works on the New GGTS style atomizer end-cap or as an optional part for the upgrade kit since it only caps (or seals) the collector tank built into this new end-cap.

So... don't buy the adjustible draw cap unless you have the latest atomizer end-cap for the GGTS.

It's used to cap the collector tank when you don't have the AVS installed and this allows you to use the adjustable draw ring on the current adaptor.

Battery > Collector/tank > adjustable draw cap > atty

Or Battery > Collector tank > AVS with Atty > Mouthpiece (No adjustable draw cap)

How do I tell whether I have the newer version of the GG. The number on mine is 243. I've only had it about 6 weeks.

So the adjustable draw can be used with the GG without the AFS.

I have cleaned my GG and it still gets air when I draw on it. The amount of vapor and throat hit has decreased due to the extra air. When I draw on it I get some air with the vapor but is not nearly as good as when I first got my GG.

I changed the tiny 0 rings in the cap thinking that maybe these were causing it to get extra air but did not help.

if you want to reduce the air and to have a kind of adjustable draw then you can put an o-ring around atomizer when its already screwed on the GG and push it until it meets the cap Martha.

Martha the adjustable draw is only available with the full upgrade AVS full kit for your version of GGTS.

Complete upgrade for GG AVS tank with plastic mouthpiece

And if you purchase the AVS upgrade kit you will need this for the adjustable draw without the AVS tank.

http://www.vaporkings.com/GGTS_Adjustable_draw_cap_for_901_510_atomizer_p/gg-drawcap-901-brass.htm
(Of course they also come in the 801 brass or aluminum draw caps but just wanted to show you an example of what you would need.)

The only way to get the adjustable draw with out the AVS is purchasing the new GGTS.

NEW GG Telescopic Storm with brass telescopic center section

Thanks
Michelle
