Administrators!! Need help changing email address so I can reset my password on my old account.

As the title states, I tried to sign in to my old account but it said I needed to reset my password before I could sign in. The email address they are sending the email too is no longer valid for me. I need to change my email address before I can access my old account. I created this new account to be allowed to ask for assistance. Please and thank you.

This might may be a problem, now that we’ve discovered a problem with the tagging system.

Thanks @smacuser. I don't seem to have the option to start a conversation with an admin so I guess I'll just have to wait. Evidently I broke the system when a rejoined. lol

You have to use the @ symbol on the first go. If you edit it in later, it won't work.

There is, but you must be logged in to do so. This is normal for forum software. This is why ensuring your account information remains current is critical. If Administrators need to lock accounts down as we needed to do some time back, you'll be able to change your passwords if required.

What was your original username?

Disregard. Found it. I'll be merging the new account into the old one and using the current email address.
