I am planning on buying the eGO t starter kit with the t carts as well but i'm wondering can I buy drip tips for the eGO t atomizer or will normal eGO drip tips fit.

eGo T....the T means tank. Basically they have replaced the cart/filler/driping all means to get eliquid to the atty with this...
Now these tanks will Only work with eGo tank attys and 510 DT's not only dont work are kinda redundant with their purpose.
However....an eGo T battery has the same connections as the regular ego batteries.
So if you would like to give dripping a try, grab some 510 attys...suggest LR's and a 510 drip tip.

If you buy the eGO t starter kit depending on where you get it, you should have at least 1 of everything that you need for the eGo tank system. Dripping not necessary. IF you decide you want to try dripping, that would mean a regular 510 atty and a drip tip. But the tank system is basically dripping without the mess and bother.

With the tank system you do need both the atty and the cartridge (and liquid), the T atty will fit the eGo and Riva batts, it will even fit on a regular 510 batt but looks really silly lol.
