Hello, pack a day smoker here looking for advice before I pull the trigger. I'm looking for something that will help the urge to smoke while also saving me money.

Through looking around here and reading posts I've found two kits I'm thinking about getting but I'm still unclear if these kits consist of all I will need minus juice.

KGO kit1100mAh by SLB
and
http://www.myvaporstore.com/Vision_Spinner_Joye_Ego_C_Twist_Combo_p/vvs-c.htm

I want a quality product and doesnt have much hassle, something i can grab and vapor like I would a cig. Both seem to fit what i'm looking for but I want to double check before I make the purchase.

Both kits look like a good place to start, and both vendors have good reputations. I've ordered from MyVaporStore a number of times. The ship quick and have decent prices.

To get started on juice, a lot of people go with Mt. Baker Vapor. Cheap prices, good flavors, and rapid quick shipping. They also have starter kits in the same price range as the ones you linked to. You can also chat with MBV for additional help (if you chat, they'll give you a coupon code for 10% off your order).

Welcome and happy vaping.

I would get this KGO, instead of the one you showed. It's variable and a 1200 mAh battery:

KGO V.V. 650mAh (It's actually 1200 mAh)

I'm new so certainly not an expert, but this is where I started and fits your criteria of quality, no hassle, and cig-like

Cloud9UK is a killer store... I've not seen better customer service, and top of the line products, from A-Z... low to high end, they'll take good care of you.
Lisa is fantastic.
Just saying... there's a lot of folks here who go there for hard to get items too.

ooops this is for the vaper in England
