Hi and welcome. Great job getting off the sticks. Let's get to work keeping you there. If you started vaping with the subtank just as it came out of the box, you are almost certainly using a .5 Ohm coil; this is how that tank is usually configured. This is what we call "subohm" vaping-- the coil value is less than 1 Ohm-- and the Subox goes up to 50 watts IIRC, so yeah, that's kinda powerful. You can smooth it out by changing to the other coil that came with it-- that's usually a 1.2, I think-- and lowering the power. However, subohm is pretty powerful, as I said, so you might want to take a look at your juices as well. In general, going to a higher VG ratio juice, and lowering your nicotine content, will help smooth things out as well. If you are satisfied with the amount of vapor your machine is currently producing, this will be about your only option. Going to the higher value coil will reduce the amount of vape you're getting each puff. Coils, BTW, are wear parts. THey don't last forever and will need to be periodically replaced. They're also much cheaper to buy online than in your local store, you you're going to have to plan ahead or pay out the wazzoo. Trying the other coil will give you a better idea of what to order. Give that a try and get back to us
