Just a quick word of advice and this is just my opinion, be careful if thinking of ordering from Freedom Smoke USA. I am always excited when ordering "stuff" of any kind and truely look forward to receiving it. Monday I paid for Priority Mai, normally 2 to 3 day delivery and my order is just in the "pending state. O and i actually ordered on Sunday, I should have it and its not gone out.

You have many choices when purchasing. I am just saying be sure to purchase from one who is not to busy to at least ship your order within the week if you pay for USA Priority Mail.:)

I HOPE SOME GET TO READ THIS BEFORE IS IS MOVED, (BURIED). IT COULD SAVE CONSIDERABLE DISAPPOINTMENT

First of all, if it DID go out on Monday, you wouldn't have it by around Thursday (tomorrow).

Second of all, you need to realize that they handmake their juices as they receive the order, which takes more time than just pulling it off the shelf.

Third of all, they just had a big sale this weekend and were swamped with orders, which can easily delay your order 1-2 extra days.

I've seen some impatient customers in my time, but this is ridiculous.

Truth be told, in the past year I've seen complaints on just about every supplier for one reason or another. But what usually happens , when posted in the supplier review thread, is a representative of the company will get a hold of your complaint and make good on it, or let you know what's up. They could have had a shipment seized at customs for all we know. My advice, chill, and contact them.

Actually, I smoked PAD of analogs for over 27 years, so you figure it out, not that its relevant.

And no, if you ordered on Sunday, there's no possible way you would have gotten it Monday. That's impossible.
 
Been there....and don't use them after this type of situation.

The vendors I use regularly don't have these "busy" problems - they take it upon themselves to fix it; not me.

Thank You (need to add a few more words) by the way already emailed them 2 times. 3 hours between emails. No response. Guess I won't be getting any freebees. Don't think I'll use their juice either ( if they make it themselfs)

I think it is important to distinguish between handling/processing time and shipping time. When a vendor ships the same days it makes me really happy but I never expect an order to go out in less than 48 hours. I think it is unreasonable to demad that of any vendor unless they state that they have same day shipping (obviously - orders placed on Sunday do not start processing until the next business day). It seems to me that when you pay for priority mail you are paying for a USPS service and not expedited vendor processing. I could be wrong but paying for priority doesn’t bump you to the front of the queue, does it?

Already have twice. 3 hours apart. NO rsponse. Your most likely correct, thanks

Nope, your right, but this is Wensday and they won't even respond to my inquiry. What do you think?? sometime this week? Does not really matter, I won't use there juice now anyway. If they hand mix it no telling:confused::vapor:

I think hand-mixed juices are supposed to be an indication of quality (not really sure why), not something you should shy away from. Don't be alarmed by that.

I'm with uba_egar320, it might be worthwhile to check your local mall kiosks if you're completely out. They are absurdly expensive, but in a pinch it might be necessary. The one time I did it, I think I spent $30 on a 10ml bottle of standard MB juice... about six times what I'm comfortable paying. But still...
