I found a phone number to FreedomSmoke USA and we had a nice chat. OMG I love the phone, sometimes. I was out line to let something as small as this get under my skin. I typically do not say I'm sorry to anyone but this time i'm gonna say I'm sorry to everybody who read this, hope you were entertained. Think I'll go vape

ITS ALL GOOD WITH FREEDOMSMOKE USA, They said it was most likely already shipped.

While I love FreedomSmokeUSA as well, the first order I placed with them a while back was on the weekend on one of their sales (before they moved into their new place) and it did take a while for them to ship it out due to them being busy - They even told me so.

However, all my orders since then have shipped out the following day.

Dr. Ted and I had a couple of conversations on the phone, which is exactly why we list a toll free phone number.
his order was on 10/08 and actually shipped on 10/10, today, we just had not updated the tracking numbers on the post office site yet we usually do that at the end of the day. so basically sent out 2 days after ordered which ain't bad for quality hand mixed juices.
personally, I was quite glad to have my conversation with Dr. Ted. he's a retired marine and corpsman and my father was a navy medic in Korea who went on to be a doc just like Dr. ted.
Alot can be learned about someone if you just take the time to ask and actually care about people.
Pamela and I are not always in front of the computer. Our old dog was taken to the vet to be put to sleep. that took 3 1/2 hours. we have 7 kids so we go to ball games, teacher mettings etc. Life is filled with all kinds of things that need to be done.
The phone I have with me 24/7. unless I am in the shower or on the phone with someone else I will answer it. I sleep 4 1/2-5 hours a night and still have answered the phone at 2 am to talk to folks if I am awake enough.
Call me anytime, I will answer if I can...

I only use hand-mixed juices and I always allow a full week for shipping. By that I mean, I always allow a full week for the supplier to mix my juices. I realize they are human, have families, an emergency can happen, they may be waiting on supplies, equipment might break down, etc.

One time I got into a bind. I emailed FreedomSmokeUSA and they allowed me to pick my order up that same day. I learned my lesson and now I try to keep a good supply on hand all the time.

There are juice suppliers popping up all over the country. I am fortunate that I have FSUSA in Tucson and a couple in Phoenix. I think everyone should try to find a local supplier and keep the phone number handy just in case they need juice in a hurry. If your juice order is lost in the mail and you are out, you will need a local supplier to take care of you.

Glad to hear your problem has been resolved.

I for one enjoyed reading this thread. Good little short story.

So many of us used cigarettes as a crutch for stressful situations. How many times (after you couldn't smoke indoors) have you just gone outside to burn one and cool off. Stress, yup, that's it.

Now that we are off the burning stick you think the stress just up and left? Ha, not a chance.
So, this thread (no finger pointing) is about a stressful situation, you're in the dark about a critical order, pacing, checking your e-mail, sheet, where's my dang juice :)

This sort of sound familiar? Like hundreds of times familiar? Does to me.
For anyone experiencing a little tracking number paranoia, it's a good read.
I got an order coming, same vendor, same time frame (you did ship my two big bottles of RedBull, right?)

But a few deep breaths and I can relax. (sitting in front of the fridge looking at my reserve stash of course).

I will enjoy it very much. Will take extra batteries along for Buzz. My guess is I will feel very comfortable at the new lounge and may not want to come home - LOL

Wow...it's a really good thing I'm across the damned country from FSUSA...I already order from them too much as it is. If it was just a simple matter of going across town to pick it up...I don't even want to think about how screwed my bank account would be. I'm talking "3 legged cat covered in chili in a cage with 10 rottweilers" screwed.

Glad to hear your issue was resolved. In the half dozen or so times I've ordered from FSUSA in the last 6 weeks, the longest an order has taken to get to me has been 4 days, and the juices are far and away better than those I've gotten from any other supplier. It's like comparing a McDonald's cheeseburger to a hand-carved ribeye from a 5 star restaurant.
