for what its worth hoppyy we have all been there. you are one of the few people I have seen come back and say that you jumped the gun. in my opinion thats worth alot - don’t sweat this thread. quitting smoking is stressful. :)

I totally agree with this statement!

Sorry for your loss. It's never easy.....

As one of 7 kids I can relate to that kind of household too.... more power to ya!!

Pamela and I both thank you for that kindness. Everyone who has ever had a companion furry friend has gone through it. time and time again. This was just a rough one on us so thank we appreciate that very much...

Are we going to have a meet up time at the Grand Opening? Kind of like a cocktail hour so we can all be there at the same time and meet each other? If someone want to set up a meet & great time, let me know so I can plan accordingly. I would SO love to meet some of the Tucson folks I've met here at ECF.

I'm envious you can be there Paula, wishing I can too, but far enough away. Then again as another poster mentioned, my bank account would be doing some squeeking for sure, haha.
A couple of more days for shipping time is expected and I don't worry about it. FSUSA understandly was busy and taking care of their dog, well that isn't easy, and so very sorry for their loss. Going thru (but hopefully not yet) with our dog. But we're still putting up a fight.

I have a guest room. You have your own private bath.
I can park 8 cars on my driveway. I have plenty of room for you :)
Wish you could be here too. You would really enjoy it.

Paula

Be careful there Paula. You may end up with more than 8 cars in your driveway :D

My experience has been that web updaters and USPS status is pretty much a waste of time. Even Amazon and other big retailers don't get it right half the time. And don't get me started on the "priority" with Priority Mail. I expect a calendar week from AZ and if it gets here sooner that's a bonus. Any longer and I'll check in. I'm from Phoenix and know from over half my life sending and receiving packages from family there how long it takes :). I'm just bent that I missed another damn sale LOL. That's two in a row now and I even looked for one this time! My Sunday order went in with only the 10% discount everybody gets.

hoppyy: If you get scarce on liquid or hardware hit me up. I'm just down the road from you in Johns Creek. I'm not a supplier or anything, but I'll spare what I got. I ought to at least have something you can borrow or use to get you going for a few days in a pinch.

very kind of you Redforman for sure. we have quite a few people we have sent freebies to to get them over a rough patch. We have retirees on a fixed income we throw in an extra bottle to because we know and understand.
with more folks like you and us in the world, we can do good things. thanks for what you do too :)

I'm so sorry for your loss. I get tearful just thinking about something happening to one of mine. It's really the only complaint I have when it comes to pets: they never live long enough.:(

Get a Parrot :) If you keep them healthy, they'll outlive you! Our Cockatoo's life expectancy (barring disaster or disease, of course) is around 80 years.

Of course, that presents a whole host of other problems in and of itself (Deciding where the bird goes after you die, having a screaming child in your living room for the rest of your life, etc...). That said, we wouldn't trade our little guy for the world.

LOL@ Kong......that's one of the reasons I like reptiles so much. I have a ball python that I got as an adult back in 1997 and I realize I may have him for another decade. If all my other babies were as easy as him I'd have more furry ones!:p
