I was looking around the forum and didn't see much on this. I am using the CE4 tanks and constantly leak, get a burn taste after a while and just looking for something with a bit more quality. I see online Kanger got the MT3 or the T3's and can just be screwed right onto my EGO Battery. I am just asking for some guidance on this.

- What needs to be changed on them internally? I see that pretty much the tank itself don't really need to replaced, something about the coil/atomizers.
-Any specific models i should go to? I am not changing batteries just because its simple now and trying to keep it that way, just looking for better tanks so i don't have to fk with blowing liquid out of the center tube, etc.

Thank you for all your help, you can PM me if you like ( If i can respond )

Take a look at this picture of an MT3 clearo:

I know it's a bit hard to see, but on the piece to the right, see there's the "cap" at the bottom? Then everything above that (the white plastic piece, and the tall chimney) are all part of the replaceable head unit. It just unscrews from the base and you screw a new one back on.

I haven't used an MT3 specifically, so I can't say much about their quality. But i've used a few Kanger Mini Protank 2s, and they were excellent. I really enjoy the nice finish and how easy they are to break down and clean thoroughly. They are a huge improvement over the cheapo CE4s that I got when I first started vaping.

Good luck!

Just go with a Pro Tank of any 1/2/3/Aerotank. I've never used the first one but the PT2 never gave me any problems and neither did my Aerotank. They both use glass tanks so you don't have to worry about any juice that you would throw into there and you can just vape away. Once you feel up to the task you can rebuild your coils in the Protank and achieve a whole new vaping experience.
