Here's some info:
carto+tank- a carto with a hole punched in it. Carto is than placed in a glass, metal or plastic tank which is filled with juice- juice saturates carto by way of hole in carto.
With a cartomizer+ tank my cartos last:
with light juice 80-90 ml
with dark juice 50-60 ml

Clearomizer- a plastic or metal tank with a wick and element. Contains NO stuffing. You can also purchase extra "heads- these are the wick and element combined into one piece. The newer rebuildables (Stardust and Vivi Nova) last me about 3-4 weeks before I have to replace the head- very simple to unscrew old head and screw in new head- takes about 10 secs. I soak mine in PGA every 2 days and allow to dry overnight.

Make absolute sure you buy the rebuildable long wick- short wick are problematic and have to be tilted occasionally to keep the wick saturated. Fits perfectly on the Twist but I believe you may need an adapter for the VTube.

Hello,
Looking into a Vtube or Ego-C Twist or both for vaping. What I really need to know is, whats a great juice holding device?

I really want something that is easy to use for changing juices, rebuildable, and easy to use.

Any advice would be very appreciated.

Thanks
I only know the "easy to use" type juice delivery method:
Cartomizers. No tank.

Ok this is my 2pence worth, or your $0.2 for you ;)

Attys, from what I have used over the time they are great to start with. But you will find yourself needing to carry arround a bottle of ejuice with you to top-em up or direct drip onto the attomizer.

Carto, Sorry I cant comment on thease as I have not really used them, but I have seen good and bad points to them.

Tanks, now your talking.. I LOVE them, makes my life so much easier to just fill my tank up (and a couple of spares with diffrent flavours) and go on my merry way. I have used the Tornado Tank system for a couple of months and its brilliant. And now I have started using a VVV device (change the voltage for different experiance) and its even better.

Also look at the DCT systems, they consist of a duel coil atty (or carto not sure on the official name) with a single hole drilled into the side and then a tank that goes over the unit with the fluid being sythened through with each puff. Again brill little things which make life easier.

Best thing to do is go with what you want, if your after a "real lookin ciggie" styled ecig, then you will be very limited but if you dont mind having something that looks like a PV rather than a ciggie then your options are far bigger.

All the best.
J
