Hi all. summer time is approaching, very slowly up here in maine but I hope its coming. Anyway, im looking for recommendations for small ego like devices that are pocket friendly for summertime outing. My Reo grand and woodvil arent the most pocket friendly during the summer. I have had egos in the past but I wasnt sure what else is out there. Any suggestions would be great.

X2. Great little devices. Although the battery life isn't great but that's to be expected and also depends on your usage.

Any modular mech would be ideal for me.. I don't really like having anything other than a box in my pocket, but I use my turtleship and atomo the most.. I would say the hammer too, but I haven't gotten around to fix the spring loaded pin issue.

Outside of that, there are several ego-like mods, and the vv3.0 is always a good option...then, there is that MiD thing. I've never used one..just read about them on here lately.

Looks like the VV3 has the same thread setup as an ego. I have a couple mini tanks for the ego. Will they work on the VV3? Or any other tank setups you suggest for them
The VV3 will take ego or 510 threaded tanks. I use Evods on mine.
My vote is for the VV3, topped with a PT2 mini. Going to be buying a couple of them next month. Now about this snow and cold...
There's a very recent topic here on page 2. But asking is always easier than searchng isn't it?
