im thinking of buying a joye ego tank 1000 mah 5 click battery- passthru, im just unsure of which company to purchase from in regards to customer service if it dies on me quickly. lol, probably not a lot of money to most... but im on a fixed income and all my vaping purchases HAVE to count! LOL, i know the passthru keeps the battery charged, but just curious if i ever needed too...if i could charge that battery on my inferno quick charger? thanks in advance! vape on!!!

Okay, so i am not sure where you can even purchase the 5 click shut off ego battery in passthrough variety, nor do i know if it will charge on your quick charger(good chance it would if it is an ego type charger)
But, I do wish to welcome you to the forum, AND bump this thread so someone with the knowledge notices it.

I too am on a fixed income which is why I started using the box mods. Then kept on doing so because I like them.
And they are an easy fix it at home.
I do own a eGo but not a passthrough. Just wanted to say hi and welcome.

Do you mean the 5-click "variable" aka 3-stage passthrough? The one that does 3.2, 3.7 and 4.2 volts? I don't know where to get it. I know it exists.

If Liberty-Flights.com has it, they have 20% off upper left front page and good service. But you'll have to go see if they have it.

If it is not real Ego but some clone thing, check Madvapes and Gotvapes and I know nothing about their service.

5 click battery

It's a manual battery. You 'click' or press the button 5 times in under 2 seconds and the battery is turned "Off". Repeat the ritual to turn it "On" again.

Not sure if the pass-thru model has the on/off, but I'm inclined to say the one I was looking at had it. Click my banner and you'll get the website of my local store - you could call them and ask. They sell the pass-thru battery, and if they don't know - whoever you are talking to will just grab one and click it and see what happens.

thanks, everyone for the welcome and info, yes the 5 click is for saftey reasons only, and ive seen the unit in a passthru, on heaven gifts, { up to 60 days delivery time,,, china,,,} good price but would be a long procedure if i broke lol... as well as other web sites. but i just want prompt and reliable customer service...for u.s.a i really appreciate everyones help and suggestions, i normally only read forums but im really glad i joined this one... you people are great!!!

you have liberty flights..though not sure if they are in the US, cignot.com IS US based, and heaven gifts is in china. All 3 are reputable, but should issues arrise, time delays will be heavy at heavengifts. All 3 are true joye retailers.
The 5 click is simply an EGO-T battery, versus a standard ego that has no shutoff. The Ego-T passthroughs are just like normal ego T's, only has a bottom cap that unscrews to plug in the passthrough cord, so you can charge and vape at same time. But they can also be charged like a normal ego T battery, on an ego charger.
