Advice to a noob about priming a cart.

I got a friend one of the 7's Hybrid kits for her birthday. It came in today and has 2 bottles of primer liquid for the carts. My question is, is it necessary to use this or just put the e liquid in? And if it is necessary, then do you puff it out or just blow what you can back out and drip the flavored liquid in?

Never used primer in my carts all I do is prime my carto with my fuzion juice and then fill the tank. Prime the carto with you e liquid.If your using the carto in a tank system do not over prime it,watch the punched hole once the juice gets there its ready to vape.watch videos on it at tasteyourjuice.com.
