Hi all! I finally received my first e-cig, doing the 8 hour battery charge thing right now

I've read up on the tutorials and still have a question of the best way to fill the cartridges

The intructions that came with my starter kit say to "fluff" the absorbing material inside...is this a necessary steps? What do I do, just shove a tweezer in there and move it around a little?

I've also seen steps that say to keep filled carts in the fridge and also have seen ones that say to pipette about 8 drops into the cart

I've also seen a post on here about just putting a little liquid in a small bowl and placing the cart face down on it and let the cart absorb the liquid on it's own

I'm just looking for the most effecient/practical/streamlined way to do this...I'm trying to get my "system" going for all of this

one more quesiton while I'm at it, my kit came with some kind of UK charger (has the needle shaped outlet prongs), and on that is a USB port that the USB charger plugs into and then the battery on the end of the usb charger (I'm assuming this is so it can be charged from the wall or a PC/xbox/whatever).....Since I'm in the US I could not use that wall charger, I did find my Ipod usb/ac charger adapter and pluged the ecig usb adapter into that instead, Is that ok? any bad effects to using the charger it didn't come with

also, the book says to take primer puffs, is this for every single drag you take or just to get it going for the start of that smoking/vaping session?

Thanks
