A lot of people go straight to mechs because of the supposed simplicity, but if the device isn't thinking for you then you have to do all the math. I think a regulated box mod like what you have is perfect for what you want it to do. Mechs have their place, but usually they aren't the best to learn on because they don't forgive they just blow up lol

Yeah I hear ya my xpro m80 plus the charger port stoped working so idk whT do about that so I'm stuck with my istick30w . I have a subtank plus on it with the mini rba thing inside but for some reason juice gets into the air holes and comes out idk if it not sealed right or wat . Seem like. I always have problems lol gonna use my I stick till I fix my m80 and learn about mechs

There are no 18650 batteries capable of a resistance of 0.08. There's a HUGE difference between 0.8 and 0.08 ohms.

If he did say 0.08 then find another vape shop. He is either ignorant or doesn't have your safe interests to heart.

0.2 is the absolute lowest you can go with a true 30 amp battery. 0.3 ohm with a 20 amp battery. And that's really pushing the limits.
