Hi:
I am using a Kanger Mega Aerotank. I have been using the same setup for months (same juice, same Provari, same voltage). I am using the updated heaters. I change my heaters about every 5-7 days (when they seem to not work as well).
I have never had any issues, until recently. On several occasions, juice will leak out of the airflow hole. I then have to take a rolled up tissue and dry out the hole.
On 2 occasions, when I have taken everything apart trying to figure out what's wrong, I have noticed some of the wicks (very thin) sliding out of the coil, almost to the point of having completely fallen out. Both times the coils were relatively new (1-2 days old).

Any idea why I am having these problems all of a sudden, or what I can do about it?

Thanks!

Okay, this makes 2 in one day. Now I am really getting frustrated.
Sorry to hear you two are also having this problem.
I have been using the same setup, and the new style coils since they first came out, and just in the past week, this problem keeps happening. All the coils I have were even purchased at the same time from the same store.

I've had a couple of mine do that. What I do is gently pull the part thats coming out totally out. I then blow through the bottom to get out any excess fluid. I also roll up the corner of a tissue and gently slide it down the top post until it makes contact with the wick, that'll absorb more. Then do the same with the little hole on the very bottom of the coil. Lots of fluid will absorb into the tissue and I can usually get a few more tanks out of each that way. Honestly though I've started to do the tissue thing every time I refill. But you gotta be very gentle, you don't want to knock anything out of place in there.
As always, that's just what I find works. And there's so much placebo effect with coils that you try anything people suggest at your own risk.
I found a thread on another board about these, they seem to think that going back to Protank 3 coils is a good option. I assume they mean the ones with the exposed wick. They seemed to work the same as far as i could tell, but you could try those coils instead.
