80% VG is gonna be really tough in that type of a tank, the wicks aren't able to keep the coil fed as the liquid is too thick. You could try: diluting your liquid with a few drops of distilled water, lowering your voltage and increasing your suction, try Protank 2 coils with the flavor wicks removed, any variation of rebuilding with cotton (probably unrealistic)...

I've never had luck going below 50/50 in a tank with stock heads. Your best bet is probably lowering your voltage and closing down the airway a bunch and sucking till you lose a filling. If that doesn't work, slightly diluting with distilled water. Remember with the distilled water: a lil dab'll do yah.

In regards to distilled water, I mentioned that a little dab'll do ya, but I want to be clear we are talking drops here depending on the bottle size, and I don't want you to ruin your eliquids. You can also add it right into the tank. A google for "adding distilled water to vg" will give you an idea. You can also do vodka, which I endorse but can be a bit rough on the throat and affect the flavor of your liquid (always for the better).

Well what i was thinking was using a dropper and putting the distilled water in the tank until i can figure out exactly how much i need and ya ill look it up to be sure and by the way would vaping enough to the point where the tank is pretty warm make the liquid less visquis and easier for the coil because i chain vape quite often so it pretty easy to do and sorry for such a late response

Yeah, can add it direct to the tank but it's going to need some good shaking so it isn't just floating on top and stuff. Can also try vodka, but you'll taste it (might not be a bad taste).

To quote Jesus, "Oh dear lord." Yes, warming liquids can make them less viscous, but probably not enough to solve your issue, and constantly firing your atty over and over to thin the liquid is probably not the direction I'd jump in. Maye a hair dryer? I don't see it working out, but look forward to hearing how it turned out.

I have had a lot of dry hits with the kanger bdcs, even with 50/50. They just don't wick very well, especially the newer version where the wicks are enclosed in the cylinder. I seemed to have better luck with the old style bdcs, where the wicks are coming out the side of the head like in the single coil heads. See if you can find them anywhere, my local b&m had some and they wick much better for me. I actually switched back to the mini protank 2 and just threw the AFC piece from the aerotank mini on it. Once I figure out how to rebuild the old style bdcs without them flooding I will probably switch back to the aerotank mini.

So I've been chain vaping like hell today i will do about 101 chain vapes and ill tell ya it works pretty well i havent had a dry hit in quite some time and also for some odd reason i changed the tank back to the glass one and i would think it wouldnt do anything but i dont know i haven't had a dry hit since then either so ya.

Congratulations--but you still shouldn't chain vape. ;)

If have to vape non-stop, have at least two or three PVs going. It will help with overwicking.
