I just received a Kanger AeroTank for my VTR and love it. I can finally crank up the watts and bring out the potential of the VTR. I have Davide Anyvapes BCC & BDC which were a big improvement over the 30s it came with. But the AeroTank puts it in another league where you can comfortably pull hard at 11 watts 50/50 vg/pg.

I was all set to buy these Kanger Airflow Control Valve - Viper Vape Inc and start converting everything over.

But now Kanger has just released the Aerotank Mega which will use aspire type coils. So the question now is will there be a means to upgrade older tech tanks to the mega coils? Are they going to be like the Anyvape where you can use the older coil instead of the newer one?

Its exciting times for vaping as mainstream is moving closer to the RBA's, but this is going to be expensive to keep several tanks full of different flavors.

IMHO with the Aerotank they could stop (although we don't know coil life.)

I guess the best thing to do is wait it out and see what works with what?

I am also a big fan of the Aerotank. So I rushed a bought the Mega as soon as it became available and have it in hand. I can confirm the new coils are mechanically interchangeable with the previous dual coils for the regular Aerotank, Protank 3, and Mini Protank 3. In fact I am preferring the Mega with the old dual coils right now, wasn't getting such a good draw with the first new type I tried.
