I was planning on getting an Aerotank Mega, but I have heard that they aren't very easy to coil...This is quite important because buying new coils can add up when they can be made so cheaply. I've heard the nautilus can be tricky too.

I have just got into making my own coils for evod tanks and it's going well for me so am I ready for a rebuildable? They look easier to coil than the evods.

I have been looking on fast tech for RBA with glass sections rather than polycarbonate since I use a lot of tank cracking juice. So far I have seen the fogger and the kraken. Are there any others?

Many others.

I've been looking at the Smok RSST and EHPro Kayfun clone, personally. Up until this point I've primarily used Kanger tanks (PT2, Mini2&3, Aerotank), as rebuilding the older style coils is far less complicated. However, the standard Aerotank will probably be my last Kanger tank. Works well, but repeatedly building coils in such a small space is getting old.
