Affordable accurate ohm meter

Is there a meter I can get somewhere that's basically a multimeter except just for ohms? I'm pretty bummed I paid a good chunk of money for this multimeter that I will probably not even use... Unless there are better clips I can get for my probes?
It works perfectly if I wrap wire around the probes so it makes me think it's just the connection to the wires..

I use an fluke multimeter Fluke 113 Digital Multimeter Digitalmultimetern TRMS DMM-10-001

it has an internal resistance from 0.1 Ohm and it dont jump around for me the best solution.

Very nice meter, but very expensive. Does it measure in hundredths? ie 1.42
Ohms or just read 1.4.

you buy a good multimeter and not 2 times a bad one.
that's my opinion.

I just can't justify spending so much money on a multimeter when I would really only test ohms like that.. It's like buying a very expensive Swiss army knife to just use the nail file.
