Ill buy one but I live in the US so Im not sure how to convert the currency.

Mostly interested in buying one because I like to support new endeavors. I think this is absolutely something that would benefit the GGTS as an optional addon but I understand why Imeo isnt interested in making one for it.

Anyway, I have the new GGTS+AVS model (the one that became available mid-July of 2010).

Not quite 100% the same. The thread pitch is the same but the AVS top cap is deeper to hide the ORing. You need about 2 turns more thread cut in the AFS tank, for the AVS cap to screw down all the way. Daz

That is correct my friend. I was just trying to say that the threads do fit each other, but you are right about AVS having more thread down into it to hide oring. :)

Materials arrived today .
Still negotiating on the price , downwards i hope .
Design has also changed a bit to address some issues some raised this pushed the production/set-up costs up but the material cost down .

Well after using my prototype all afternoon it sure is nice to see how much juice I am vaping. When you are running blind you don't know when to slow down. I know when I get a little juice because there are a few bubbles in the tank. Hmm vacuum pressure maybe? There has been no leaking with my set up so everything looks great from here. If I want to stick to vaping only one tank a day I can watch my consumption and slow down if need be. Like having a pack of smokes, when you get down to the last few you can stop yourself from firing one up. Really like this clear tank idea.... who would have thought of that?

I can see more advantages to this clear tank the more I use it. Thanks again Arry! You da man!

Arry,

Anyway you could make these in a color, like many colors instead of just clear, that would really be cool looking to me, especially if you could make these like Drew's Twisted Dripping Tips over at Nhaler, this would intensify the look of this tank and still let everyone see threw it, You may want to speak with Drew, he is having these Twisted dripping tips made right in NJ, I'm close to him and could ask him if you would like, they are really cool and look super on any unit, the tank would be jumping out awesome in this style.!!!

I am very happy Arry for what you do for GG friends. I like my people being happier every time with new toys. The only I want from you is to make the tank as strong as possible, food proof and as thin as you can but safe too.:)

I think the solution is to make a small ring of acrylic at the bottom and make the top 7/8 of the tank ring out of the aluminum. Just food for thought.

You serve nice food my friend rysalka:toast::toast:

I will not do it until I see the results of Arry's one. I dont like it for several reasons that I have already said so I will stay out of this for the moment:)

Another idea is to make a transparent cap only. It will brake difficult (it has small surface and its on the top, so difficult to get hurt), it will not increase the width of tube, much cheaper (its only one cap), no scratces on it because if it falls of hands it cant get hurt on its upper surface because the small ring protects it, no visible threads or o-rings anywhere, etc

Yep I remember asking you for a clear cap long ago also.... Any way to see the level of the juice would be nice. After using this for a day now I am hooked again on the afs because I know what is happening inside the tank. I know for sure where the level of the juice is and where the hole is. If you happen to have the hole of the atty NOT in the juice no amount of primer puffing is going to get juice into the atty. When you are having a flooding issue it is probably because you have the hole down in the juice way too much and never giving the atty enough time to burn it off.

There are several advantages to this clear tank that far outweigh the possible disadvantages. I have only dropped my GG once in the last year because I am careful with something I paid hundreds of dollars for. But yes there are people out there who are not careful at all and will probably break it. But then again I know someone with a Grant that is falling apart because he puts in his pocket. The threads are failing because he sits down with the atty connected to the device and it has stripped the threads from the cap. It is all about how careful you are with your stuff.
