You all are doing fine. Remember vaping takes a bit of adjustment and sometimes it's hard to break the reaching for a cigarette habit right away. Nothing wrong with having a cig if the feeling gets too overwhelming.

Then go back to vaping.

You'll find this is a very friendly forum - and people are willing to help because we know the stakes are so high for some of us.

Still no analogs here

Last night I caved and had two analogs. I do band practice every Wednesday and my drummer had a pack of my old brand. The first one, I was really vulnerable and wanted badly. The second one was because we were taking a break and was habit. When he offered the third time at the end of our session, I said "no, thanks" and fired up my PV. I was much happier with my carto.

Although I feel bad about going back to analog, I think I learned an important lesson. Analogs aren't that enjoyable and the less you do it the grosser they are. I think I'll be better prepared to say no the next time somebody offers one.

Isn't that a wonderful lesson to learn? But don't feel bad about caving in...most of us didn't quit overnight. Be PROUD of the ones you haven't smoked and keep on vapin

Damn near wanted an analog tonight when had a battery conundrum. Am glad I have three batts and one just finished charging... Karaoke in a bar is not good for auto batts.. going to have to get a couple of manuals.

I didnt quit all the way until I got my Riva. The mega atty and cart are great! I needed unlimited amounts to feel safe and satisfied. Now I try to smoke and its gross

I stopped smoking pretty much altogether right when I started vaping...in May of this year..since then Ive only had about 10 smokes total....but it's becuase I didnt want to disapiont my husband.....so I tuffed through some hard times. Vaping can be complecated..and it is a learning process. So your doing great!

When my stuff is working right I am down to 2-3 analogs a day was smoking 1.5-2 ppd, just gotta get my equipment working right and manuf. is helping me do that.
