My t22 and unflavored juice came in the mail. I took a few puffs and now it isn't doing anything!? When I try to fire it the button just flashes green. I did a google search which said to make sure the connection is dry but still I'm having this problem. ... is going on? I'm about to smoke more cigarettes until I figure this out!! I used it for only about 10 minutes before it crapped out!!!
Oh no! That's horrible and I just ordered one today... poo! I hope you let us know if you find out anything to make it work. I have not seen many complaints on it at all. What I saw is that they seem to mostly work great, and when they don't they don't. Makes me think they are making some lemons. Is yours under warranty?

Check the coil to make sure it's inserted properly. If you aren't sure, pull it out and reinsert it. It won't go in unless the flat sides are lined up right.

If it happens again, try another coil.

Make sure the coil is pressed in straight and all the way. It shouldn't drop out, it shouldn't wobble, and the bottom cap should screw on straight and clean.

Relax. If you have to smoke a cig or two, go ahead. If it's flashing red, you have a prob. If it's flashing green it's almost always a coil prob. The unit has a built in electronic ohm reader. If you have a bad coil, which can happen, it will flash green. If the air flow is obstructed it will flash green. You have to line the coil up almost perfectly between the slots and push it all the way in until it seats. If it's not fiully seated it will flash green, because the connection isn't complete. As Trig said you can sometimes bump it with the charger and take a drag to see what happens.

Start over slowly. Take the tank off the battery. If you didn't fully charge it before, plug the battery into the charger. Take the top off the tank, pour the juice back in the bottle. Unscrew the bottom and take it off. Pull the coil out. Now you have it all apart. While the battery is charging, clean all parts of the tank with warm water and dry them off well.

Now, put the first coil aside and unpackage the extra coil that comes with it. Blow gently thru it to make sure it's clear. Wet your fingers and dampen the outside of the coil above the threads. This will help it slide into the o ring and seat. Take the tank and put it on a table with the bottom end up. Take the coil and insert it into bottom of tank. Carefully line up slots in coil with slots in tank bottom. Push. If you wet the outside of the coil a bit on the bottom it should slide in and seat, but you have to put a little push to it. Make sure it's all the way in. Next screw the bottom cap on. Just finger tight, you will feel it stop when it's snug. When the battery shows green it is fully charged. Take battery off charger. Take a q tip just damp with alcohol and clean the brass 510 pin in the top of battery. Dry it with some paper towel. Make sure bottom of tank is dried off. Screw it onto battery, just finger tight, don't crank it down hard.

Put unit back on flat surface.

Fill tank by running it down the outside of coil, don't put it in the middle hole. And don't fill it so full it goes into middle hole. Just fill it to top of glass. Put top on, screw it finger tight. Put tip in. Set it aside for 15 minutes.

Pick it up, don't fire it, and give it several dry hits. Set it back down for 10 more minutes. Pick it up again, give it a few more unpowered hits.

Then, 3 clicks on. Hit the fire button and draw.

You bought it from a reputable vendor? Did you scratch the security code and verify on Innokin site? Did you use the coils in the box? If not, are they genuine T22 coils? Just asking. I think it will work after you redo. But checking all info. It's under warranty if by some chance it's defective.

The one time I didn't use PayPal they wanted a pic of the card. They want to make sure you're in physical possession of the it. Another site I deal with that's not vaping related wants photo ID and proof of residence before they send money (but not when you send).

If a site offers PayPal as a payment option, I will almost always use it.

Strange. The other day I ordered some flavors from Bull City Vapors and they sent me an email with a code to enter to prove it was me using my card. It was painless to enter the code, but I haven't had to do that before. I like that vendors are becoming wary and employing hack resistant methods.

My card was hacked at a checkout in Walmart a while back. About $2000 was charged in $500 increments and they filled up their car for $35 in Atlanta. I caught it before the CC company did because I paid some bills online and saw the charges, but they deleted the charges and deactivated my card immediately. They overnighted a card and I got it the next day. The process of recovery was painless, but a little aggravating.

Skimmers have evolved to the point that it's really hard to detect on a card scanner. I tend to inspect them looking for an add-on part on the card reader. Some of the skimmers actually slip inside the reader and aren't visible from the outside.

aje742, You can get control back quickly over your smoking. I wouldn't quit cold turkey. When I first started vaping I dropped from 2 PAD to about 6 cigs a day the first week. That happened before I realized I wasn't reaching for the pack as often.

I did that for a year and finally made a deal with myself that if I ordered a Provari I had to quit smoking. The Provari came in and I started using it. I finished my last pack and quit, expecting to go through quitting hell. It never happened and I never smoked again.

Start back with juice that's high enough in Nic to give you a little buzz. Tapering back down is a piece of cake. Just order the next Nic level down when you order juice. Do that until you reach the nic level that keeps down the cravings and hang there.
