Ok guys after me quitting smoking and started vaping in the last 2- 3months i can tell the difference while doing karate lessons.
1) While being a smoker I used to always run out of breathe during sparing but now I don't.
2) I used to always dehydtare really quick to the point i would feel like I'm about to choke.
3) after karate lessons I would have coughing fits for a couple of hours but now i don't
4) anxiety is actually better than it used to be, I used to smoke while i was feeling anxious but come to think of it now it was the cigs that caused a lot of anxiety.
5) Also during karate again i would cough a lot during class which was really embarrassing and sometime i would feel like im about to throw up.
So yeah there is definitely a difference, the only problem I've had with vaping so far is I had a blood nose for no reason but other than that its all positive.
