Mac. I believe all that you say, BUT some of the people out there might think you are offering nothing more than empty promises. Do you have anything already made and ready for Z-Day that you might be able to show the non-believers? Something that might help the people on the fence decide which way they might want to go? Promises of a resort and casino is all fine and good, but maybe a little proof will help.
