So I came up with a fix for my Aga S top cap flying off, that doesn't involve either medical tape, or glue, or Parafilm wax. I took off the factory o-rings, which are way too thin. I had a bag of black 510 o-rings for drip tips. I used needle nose pliers (i have two pair) Stretch the o-ring into a triangle, drop the atty in bottom first(i already had a working coil, that thing was GOLD to me). Do this again, for second o-ring. Now the lid wont go on, just file the rings down a little bit with an emery board. Cap is really snug and tight now. Leave fill plug out, and take out drip tip and fill atty thru the top with a syringe, if you have one. You have to fill this tiny tank constantly, it's practically a dripper.
