It's my first crack at this. I think it looks okay. Is there anything else I have to do before putting in the e-liquid?

EDIT: I checked the ohms, and it says it's at 2.5

Nice even-glowing coils across the wick, the wick looks to be the right length.

Add a drop or two of your juice to the part of the wick touching the coils. Power on to prep the wick. Add a couple more drops and power on. Then add your juice. Attach your rba's cap with the air hole lined up with the wick. Remember to tilt the PV when you vape for best wicking of the juice. Experiment having the juice fill screw on and off to see which you prefer.

What battery device will you be using and at what voltage? 2.5 ohms is a little high for a fixed voltage PV, but I like mine at 2.0 ohm on my Provari.

Pull your wick out and check the ohms, put it back in and (adjust as necessary) check again. If it stays at 2.5 at every check then you should be good to go. If you can't slide the wick out and back in fairly easily then your coil might be too tight.

I'm no expert, just trying to share a bit of what I've learned along the way to proficiency.

I'm also curious what wire you're using, to get 2.5 out of a 4/3 wrap, or is your bottom coil just not glowing?

Okay, cool. Thank you! I'm going to be vaping on my Lavatube. I was thinking of starting at 4 volts and adjusting to taste from there. Now to figure out what juice I want in this...

@l0stm4n I just used whatever gauge kanthal wire that came with. If this is successful I'll start researching what kind of wire and mesh I feel I want.
