Just got my first RBA, 400 and 500 SS mesh, and some 32 and 30 kanthal. Right off the bat, I oxidized and rolled a solid wick out of the 500, wrapped a coil with the 32, tested with meter and came out to 1.6 ohms. Took wick out and fired PV, coil glowed nice and even, repeated several times, then slid wick back in. Juiced wick, fired, and OMG, I never new my juice could taste THIS good!!

So after a few minutes of enjoying my first wick and coil, I took the cap off and noticed there was juice everywhere. I figured this had to be the wick, so I rolled another out of 400 and used less material making it more hollow, but fitting the wick hole better. Same thing, juice everywhere under the cap. Doesn't seem normal to me, not like in the pics and vids I've watched where there is minimal juice under the cap.

Do I have a wick problem or what?

Also, I have just realized how bad my eyesight is, and need some sort of table top magnifier or something. Going to have to take a break on the RBA for a bit.

Fill screw in, didn't try it with screw out yet. I figured there would be a little juice under cap from pics I've seen, but this is a bunch of juice, like flooded the hole area under cap. Seemed fine until I started firing it and taking draws, then here comes the flood.

I know I probably left a lot of info out of original post, and I know I got a lot of learning to do. So thanks for helping another RBA newb.
