AGA-T2 weird issue

Well I finally got around to buying an AGA-T2, I watched alot of videos already. And all went well

So I made a coil/wick with the stuff that came from the package, put it onto my evic and it measured 3 ohm. I put in a wick first wanted to try unoxidised
After a while, the glow was glowing evenly, so I was happy. I put in some juice, and the flavor was over the top

But it start reading 3.5, 3?7 ohm, the ohm reading was fluctuating the whole time. From what I understand you have a hotspot somewhere then ? I took the mesh out and it read 3 ohm again

Now I said lets redo the coil with some 32, it was reading 2.4 ohm now, i put the sae mesh in again, but torched it again 2 times, it reads fine, after a while it starts fluctuating again. Anyone has a clue what is going on. Wick is staying at the same spot, so it's not really moving. Flavor is still good, no metallic weird taste what so ever. The coil is not touching. I made crappier coils for my vivi nova to say.

Also when I just test the coil without the mesh it reads always the same, as well on the meter as in the evic. When the ohms change, it still fires, even on a regular ego battery

Could it just be the mesh ? Anyway i got some 400 and 500 at home which I am going to try tonight. But I really want to know what the issue is I am having, Just so in the future I know what might go wrong

I have a phoenix rda/ufo and rebuild some vivi heads already (even hybrid ones)

The Pit of Despair
Fluctuating resistance points to only one problem: the connection points.

Make sure the negative and especially the positive connections are tight. On the positive connection, the flat parts of the nuts should be against the wire, not the "cupped" sides.

Once you tighten everything up your resistance should stay rock-solid.

I just checked, thanks for making my day :)

You are right, there are to sides to it, a flat one and on the other side there is a small ring, but you really got to check from up close. Thats something I have missed. i just switched it around, tested it a couple of times, fired it up, and its going steady as it can be.

So besides this little hiccup, it was "easy" if you watch enough of videos :). But I get the sensation about SS mesh and genesis style ones now. I don't know what mesh came with the supllied one, but I am definitely going to try the 400 and 500 mesh this weekend. Not to mention fiddle with diy liquid and drop the nicotine a couple of notches

/me does a happy dance
