UPDATE : Success !

Well guys, finally everything worked out. What I did? -Used the Petar K method. Not that I didn't try it earlier, I did, but that time it didn't work out. This time followed THIS video to the bone. Except:
1. Rolled a super dense wick, used 4cm x 5cm (H x W).
2. Quenched it before juice burning step, 4-times.
3. Juice burned 7-times.
4. Used a Steel Nail, the size of the wick hole (didn't have a drill bit of that size).
5. Pinched the top of the wick AND "slit" the bottom, to form a 'skirt' pattern.

400 mesh & 28 gauge Kanthal. 4/5 coil-rolls.

Working perfectly... all the flavor, taste & vapor, FINALLY !

Gongradulations Gorax!!
Well, my dual wick dual coil AGA-T2 got a grubby pungent aftertaste. :(

Check the omage and sure enough it creeped up 0.8 ohms more from the original 1 ohm
reading 4 days after it's making. Here it is 4 days later and :pervy: PTBPBPBTPBBPTPB!!!

1.8 Ohms and tasting craptastic.

So break out the goulash and gobs of tools, fire up my trusty carto tank.:img:

And for the 5th time in two weeks I am re winding another setup.

This time I used a thicker kanthal to hopefully stop this resistance creep to the tone of over 0.1 ohm per day. 5 HOURS LATER !! the job is done, 2 5/4 wraps of kanthal on a two 1/16" 400 ss-mesh wicks.

Yes I keep the wicks small and the coils small and touching one another on one coil and a barely visible gap on the other to handle my versatile tastes in many flavorings.

Lately there seems to be a lot of talk on the success of narrow coils and wicks with the windings touching one another especially in the middle. Some flavors work better with a small gap between coil windings.
I find on my single coil and single wick standard setup the menthol flavor is better with tight windings. But the same unit using a coffee flavor it didn't fly so I spaced them out a bit and WALA good flavor.

The coffee flavor worked better with a small space between windings. So on my dual ATA T2 I have both. If I can't get a month out of a setup then I will be going to a REO Grand squaunk box MOD and a bottom feed dripper and be done with it. If I have to rebuild a wick every 3 days at least that setup is a breeze to perform the tasks. Minutes and not hours.

This .... gitty figity business is driving me nuts. Problem is THAT'S A SHORT TRIP!!!
