I noticed voltage drop while ago... gave up on this atty and it was dusting on a shelf.
Gave it another try and still have a problem no matter what build I do...

Battery: AW 18650 2000mah fully charged 4.18V
mod: Nemmy HC clone, contacts are clean .. no problems with voltage drop on any other atty i own
No load: 4.18V
Under load: 3.12V - 3.2V depends on a build. mostly from 1.ohm to 1.5ohms

Any other owners of AGA-T3 can check for voltage drop under load on theirs for me ?

Edit: used multimeter for checking while firing it up

I have most UD toppers but not AGA-T3.

I'd make sure the 510 hot pin insulator is insulating from ground when tightened on mod. Sometimes those insulators get damaged cause intermittent shorts.

I'd make sure SS wick isn't shorting to ground if using SS.

and of course make sure everything it tight and clean.

Reassembled it many times, giving it a good clean
Insulator looks brand new without any damaged spots, all tight and straight
Tried it with cotton, silica, ss mesh and cable.
Used a multimeter to check for some kind of short with out coil .. all insulated doesn't show any res

Any other ideas?
I really want to hear from someone with this atty before giving up on this one :)
I liked this atty at first as it was my first genny. Kick wasn't that hard tho... noticed that batteries were going down kind of fast, so checked for V drop as other atty on the same half discharged battery were performing way better.

something is funky about it. I can't get a reliable reading on the ohm reader because it jumps all over. Not just mine, but 2 others that people brought me. Mine has porous ceramic and not mesh, still jumps.

As for Ohm reader I have no problems reading them with multimeter from the top of posts.
As for reading ohms from the bottom side from 510 is a different story :D Seems to be impossible with multimeter.
But it dosent bother me much... But voltage drop do...

Have you made sure positive pin is protruding far enough below threads on your atty? Sometimes my pin gets driven back in a little and i give the center pin a small tap w a small rubber mallet and all is well again

Well actually its flush or just a little bit inside... Gonna check as soon as I get home.
But I don't think this should be causing a problem as I should get a good contact from Nemesis telescoping pin which has a smaller diameter than 510, so there shouldn't be problems reaching positive pin for a connection.
Also I don't have any Voltage drop without a coil.
Thanks will give it a try anyway.
