Under load Voltage drop question. help please

So it's my first test ever never done it before and wanted to test it out under load

My fully charged battery shows 4.1V
No load test ... no voltage drop 4.1V
Under load gave me 3.2V on my AGA-T3 running 1.0 Ohm coil

Is it right or voltage drop is a bit too high? never was good at physics

What kind of battery are you using? What kind of mechanical? I get about a .25 drop with my nemesis clone and a .8 ohm coil with AW IMR 18650 2000 mah batteries. So at 4.1 volts I get about 3.85 volts under load. Your drop seems pretty large to me.

mod: Nemmy clone (hcigar)
Battery: AW 18650 2000mah, AW 18350 give even bigger Voltage drop to 2.9-3.0V.
I knew something is wrong! What can cause it? I guess its my atty, as nemmy show no voltage drop.

Clean all connections, mod and atty. This includes all threading. Consider polishing the contact points in the aga, but don't polish the silver plated pins in the Nemmy. Just clean them.

How old is the battery? If you've had it for a long time, it will start wearing out and show more drop under load.

Battery is about 2 months old.
Cleaning mod and contacts helped a bit. after last check it was 3.38V ... just a bit higher. Silver plating wearing off from contacts tho, as I went wrong polishing them as soon as I got it on my first cleaning.
I gave it a try with my IGO-W4 0.8Ohms coil and it reads 3.7V

Another strange thing I noticed... I removed my coil to check Voltage with out it and it was 4.15V BUT... it have voltage of 1.4V after firing and decreasing by 0.01V every second without firing ... WTH ? it happens each time after i fire it with out coil.

On any decent mod/atty setup you shouldn't get more than .3v drop with a 1ohm coil. On a good set up you should have less than .2V drop. Now the Hcigar Nemesis is a great mod....I have never measured its voltage drop but it hits very hard and is very comparable to high end mods. DO you have any other atomizer which you can test the voltage drop? Yours is definitely very excessive. If I had to bet it is your atty causing the excessive voltage drop.

Nah, just tried one battery... battery wasn't even hot
After a good clean of my AGA-T3 it doesn't show any voltage without firing it.
Haven't try to build a new coil on it yet... will let you know after

voltage drop test will never be accurate unless you have a constant power supply,,batteries can't provide a constant power source !!

so that test is a farce

Yep! an Igo-W4 dual coil at 1.0 Ohm ... rebuild it yesterday to one ohm jut to check.
Fresh battery 4.2V
No load 4.19V
Under load with this Igo-W4 3.82V

So I guess its not Nemmy problem at all
