You get picts at that work too?

I knew I shouldn't have left the nightclub business...the view was much better. But, the public is such a PITA!

I own my own business and only have 2 full time employees, neither of which send me pics! So maybe getting a paycheck isn't all it's cut out to be?!?! :)

Only 2 employees? I am unemployed looking for work can ya hook me up??????? :p

LOL! The little work I've been getting lately I've given to them to do (the parts that they can do) and it's only been 10-15hrs/wk/each and I've had <15 hours/week left for myself. Last summer they we're both working 40 hours/week and I was putting in 65-70/week! Damn economy!!!! Tough to support a family of 4 (plus 185lbs of dogs!) on my current reduced income. :(

If you're willing to work very few hours for even fewer $$$'s than you're hired! :)

Just playing around - I decided to make it seamless and here's what the flat image looks like slightly modified:

And on a Chuck:

This one is harder to make seamless (and as you can see I didn't finish it - damn work intruded!)

Nice, Funny to see my face on a chuck ;)

I can understand that. I have Seven dogs I spend almost $150 a month on just them lol. We are one income due to me getting laid off the only jobs I can find are about the same hours you have but very little money and a drive to get there not enough to make it worth my while. Fortunately we don't have any kids just the dogs. But thing are super tight right now. I hope business picks up soon. :)

So how many are you ordering Kenny?

That sounds like ou business too. I went back to a paying job several years back. Being the sexatary for hubby didn't pay or give us health care. Now I can work my 45-50 hr a week job plus put in another couple days for hubs. Family of five and six dogs/two horses. Lots of feed needed!
We are in the remodeling biz, it's been picking up some so hopefully that's a good sign for everyone since building/remodeling really took a crap dive over the last few years do to the real estate market going into the shttr.

Ah, you KNOW my pain! LOL, my clients are builders, developer, and remodelers! When their workload tanks, so does mine! Then it didn't hurt that my biggest client tightened the purse strings last fall (they finally realized what the economy downturn was going to mean to them - took 'em a while!). To top all this off my second biggest client was split and sold last year to 2 knew owners, problem is neither seem to know what they're doing!

If I wasn't so busy playing with Photoshop and this forum I'd go drum up a new client or two! Maybe next week! :)

Basically that's our customer base too since we fabricate for them. Yeah, I'd better close a few jobs this week. I finally closed a direct job that I measured and bid last August, I decided to pay myself a commission on them, hence the chucks!

Hubby was cool with it because he figured my new little pv hobby would keep me out of trouble...that was before I discovered this section of the forum

Back OT:

I really like your picture and think it looks great on a Chuck!
MKenny-BrideChuck.jpg

Wasn't sure which way you wanted to go with the endcaps:
Tarman-2-Chuck.jpg

Tarman-1-Chuck.jpg

Tarman-2a-Chuck.jpg

Tarman-1a-Chuck.jpg

And to the other image you sent me, I wouldn't recommend as-is for a Chuck. It's basically square and the text is diagonal so the curvature of the Chuck body would make it hard to read, same goes with the image. If you really want to see it I'll do it or maybe a different version of that image?

Kenny,

I couldn't match the exact font (though maybe I could track it down if I spent more time). Here's 2 versions that are close, but not exact. Another option would be to take the letters off the jpeg and re-use them, problem is the quality goes down a little and of course each letter would need to be rotated as their not straight.

Anyway, how's this?
