So the box is new what about the topcap? A couple thread down there is a pic of a different topcap.

There is four air notches cut in. My PT2 vapes just fine on it with a stock base installed There is also a shallow well around the connector cup...

Don't get to excited... Isn't the box cardboard? Just another item to stick in a drawer and forget about it...

I've heard about the box being a new thing. Must be really recent, like about the time the Zencote gold ones came out.

Zen's ZNA box is made of plastic...and it also sits in my drawer. Useless IMO. I will take the bubble wrap please...

No box is a bad box. It's just that some boxes are better than others! What can I say...I just have a thing for boxes

Congrats on your new Pro Vari - nice!! Oh, and the boxes you people are getting lately too!! Personally, I too like and tend to keep boxes, but would just as soon go boxless if it keeps prices lower....

Confession: I have ProVari #5 on the way....another used one so no special box! A mini white with brass Kir Fanis extension cap and beauty ring, and also silver extension cap. Gotta stop buying.......
