Hello to everyone! I quit smoking after 16 years on Oct 28th of 2012! I have NEVER been able to go this long before and I have been vaping exclusively since then.
I absolutely love it! I smell great, my clothes smell wonderful and this was the first Winter that I havent gotten sick!
I started out with a basic starter kit from ljesmokes and then went from there to Vaporgirl. I had been lurking this site for awhile now and didn't realize the new poster rules.
I came in to reply to a thread that was already started but because of my lack of posts, I couldn't. *sigh*
Anyways, my reply was going to go to the post about the issue that thevaporgirl site was having today. I have ordered from her sooooo many times and have spoken with Victoria also on the phone when I went to order my first mod piece.
I noticed today that there were 6 debits on my bank account from the site and immediatly freaked out! I wanted to come here and let people know what I found out the issue was.
Victoria recently switched from one server to another. Volusion to ammericommerce. When she switched, she made a huge change to the website and it was much more user friendly. The problem came when she was told that certain programs would work with the other parts of her program. So, again there was a few hiccups. She posted the other day in her blog that she had been messing around with the idea of a possible subscription program for those that desired it.
As she was learning the program and researching the subscription idea, somehow the system went to automatic and re-debited a lot of people, myself included.
I received 6 emails confirming orders, then I received 6 emails letting me know my payment was declined (declined because V realized what happened) and then 6 emails confirming order cancellations.
Yes, some bank statements are still saying that t ransactions are pending but the money is actually still in your account and from what Im gathering, the funds will be re-released back to our accounts most likely in less than 24 hours.
I wanted to share this because I really enjoy the VG site. I did talk to victoria and she was very upset but still making sure everyone is being taken care of.
I hope that people will be able to understand that this was a glitch and no harm was meant. I still hold her and her company to a higher degree and will continue to do so.
I would encourage anyone who is having any other issues to please contact her so she is able to best serve your needs.
Another thing that was brought to my attention was that she had a helper not too long ago that was no especially helpful to customers and actually was quite rude. It was brought to Victoria's attention recently so she is trying to catch up with the people who were not taken care of.
Anyways, LOVE this site and all the info available. I just made my first steps from the 650's, 900's and 1100mah's to a telescoping sub mod. I love it! Im looking for another mod now as I currently love the variable voltage.
Vaporgirl only carries a few mods but I would love to know of anymore out there that are not to expensive but really well liked!
