Ahhhhhhhhhhh an unredeemable RY4 flavouring...

Ok so I hit upon Toby's most excellent RY4 right from the set go a couple of months ago. I wouldn't want to give the guy a big head but it's just bladdy lovely. I have just started making my own juice and bought some RY4 flavouring, without naming the makers it was of Chinese origin! I should have known better... it taste's of cats piss, I've tried it and tried it, but there's no getting away from it... cats piss.

Can anyone point me in the direction of a home grown version that hits the spot, I know it's a personal thing but will try to identify what I'm after verbally... hmmmm translating taste into words, ok a smokey non fruity juice with just the undertones of caramel. Hows about that?

At the moment I'm vaping (almost) flavourless juice, just a hint of caramel about 1 drop in 5ml, this is actually not unpleasant and definitely an improvement on the pissyness..

I'm pretty sure I've got an almost full bottle of the ready mixed version of the same flavour. I couldn't get on with it either. I mixed my own using a USA Blend (for which read Marlbralikey), some Vanilla, and some Caramel Candy (for which read Wurthersalikey) in roughly 50/25/25 proportions. I have no idea how authentic it is - chances are not very. It IS, however, quite marvellous.

If it's a Health Cabin RY4 flavouring then they did have an extremely weak
batch not long ago, I added it to my base neat and then some of The Perfumer's
Apprentice Caramel Original flavouring, to give it a more toasted caramel feel.

It's acceptable, although not in the same league as Toby's most marvellous RY4.

This RY4 flavouring gets very good feedback . . . . although Hangsen it's available
in the UK.

Hi Perpetua, thanks for the response I'm afraid it was that exact juice from that vendor that I bought, it got such good reviews I didn't think I could go wrong so I bought 50ml.... it is really really horrible. After vaping in a room for quite a while with a frown on, I went out and when I came back into the room I identified the taste I was having trouble with, 'cat piss'. I haven't had cats for quite a long time, brought back some fond memories. Glad to have brought a smile to your face amerish44.

Hi Perpetua, thanks for the response I'm afraid it was that exact juice from that vendor that I bought, it got such good reviews I didn't think I could go wrong so I bought 50ml.

I thought it might be Viola . . . try some Caramel in it, it does help the flavour.
I do that with Dekang's RY4 as well as it's a bit harsh for me otherwise.
