I loaded up Smooth Criminal after a 9 day steep. Smooooooooth and mellow. I had really given up on tobacco flavors, thinking the stuff was just meant to be burnt. Finally, I see that's not necessarily the case. I'm not sure how to describe it. Slightly warm and earthy. A hint of sweetness. Still no trace of cinnamon that some talk about and that's a good thing in my book. It's 12mg and 50/50. Minimal throat hit, but that's appropriate for such a smooth tobacco. All in all, I like it very much. The more I vape it, the more I notice and like. It will be my primary at work tomorrow![]()
I have some questions as I wanted to try Ahlusion next
It seems they are not to cheep to try (not bad prices on the 30 and 60 ml though)
There are so many choices
1st question while the video in a post just before had mentioned the Ahlusion Aromatics line are the NET's
but I've seen many posts stating smooth criminal, gold rising are NET's which are nonAromatics
the question is are nonAromatics NET if not are the lab like halo?
Also I am one that likes a strong flav like Tribeca mom and pop tobacco's like tobacco haze
and HHV legand (I still have yet to try a lot from HHV steeping dragon fire and serendipity)
but didn't really like the lighter feeling tobacco's like backwoods brew maple or bluebacco
with that in mind would you think
smooth criminal, maple wildwood, gold rising, and vecchio blend
would be a good combo to take a shot with 30 ml bottles?
I would actually do the express but seems to be out of stock and $9 for 10 ml seems excessive
1) Best bet would be to order at least $20 worth of 10 mL and request a sample that's available (I wouldn't exceed much over $20).
2) Don't order too much as you are new to their approach to flavors.
3) Wait to get the 15% off coupon before your next order.
4) All of their tobaccos have natural tobacco in them, but only the aros are first and foremost all natural.
5) Steeping is your friend.
6) Steeping is your friend.
7) Flavors are too finicky for me to comment on (in the sense that everyone is different with different set-ups) but I don't think you'll have a problem with "light" flavors. If you do, then for your next order, ask for adjustments when you get the 15% off coupon.
8) Keep your orders small and your expectations reasonable so you and your pockets won't be left vulnerable.
p.s. Some of the non-aros are all natural as well. I should have made that poist more clear. The aros are just more (much more) about the tobacco than the non-aros.
Do you know when there might be a new coupon?
Do you know when there might be a new coupon?
*About 13-14 days after your order.
If you like M&P's Tobacco Haze, I would recommend Smooth Criminal, but as said, steep for at least a month before you judge it. When I get SC, I don't even sample it anymore--I just pop the cap for a couple minutes, replace and wait.
Good job, Ray.When I get SC, I don't even sample it anymore--I just pop the cap for a couple minutes, replace and wait.
Smooth Criminal steeping: Eight minutes with the cap off, eight weeks with it on.

Eight weeks?? *cry* Mr.Mann says I only have to save 3 mL
Maybe I should order another bottle, not to be touched.
I am looking at a 60 mL that's a couple months old that just recently started getting vaped. I would say that it is not only ready, but by the time I get 30 mL in to it, it will be time to reorder. Actually, the time to reorder is when the 60 mL (or 30 mL) is ready (unless you're a 30 mL every-couple-days wacko. LOL).
I'm a < 3 mL a day for a single juice wacko. Prolly < 5 mL total a day.
So happy to not have to sit through an inhale, exhale, smack, smack, hmmm...Good job, Ray.
