umm.. this is rather embarrassing. I'm either completely mad, senile, or I have too many juices. At least the "fuity" Desperado / mysterious coils / ... mystery is solved. You're not going to believe this, but I was vaping Pineapple USD Cake
So how could I for a minute convince myself that it could be a fruity Desperado??? Guess that says a lot about the subjectivity of taste, and the power of suggestion LOL.

Anyway, the good news is, Desperado isn't even remotely fruity, and I used the same coil, even the same wick - just rinsed out really well. No trace of P USD Cake, so no mysterious hardware phenomenon. Note to self: always remember Occam's Razor. LOL

Conclusion (besides my madness): Desperado needs some steep time. It does remind me a bit of early SC. Pineapple USD Cake also needs a steep, if I didn't even realise I was vaping it!

Go on.. have a good laugh. I did. After I stopped myself crying :p

I've reported on a vape before realizing I dripped a different juice than I thought it was... to err is human, and to come back and fess up the error is humbling lol.

Early Desperado reminds you a bit of early SC... that's good news to me! I'll be ordering both of them along with Boba plain next week.. excited to try Desperado and see how it ages in comparison to Smooth Crim.

I laughed out loud at that. Took some balls to admit what happened though! Bravo.

Looks like the beginning of the end. :(

Who knows, but I will surely ask. It may be something that has to do with tobacco prices.

Or maybe he's trying to make it even less likely that someone will order them thinking they're going to taste like HHV, and then post here that they were tricked into buying this horrible ashtray sludge. They already have descriptive copy on the aros' pages practically warning everyone to stay away, but every few weeks we see a post like the one a few to the north here by someone shocked that a juice described by its maker as a "bold, uncompromising blend" is bold and uncompromising. So, raise the price and make them think twice? Maybe.

Hmm... I always suspected that the Aro's cost more to make, because of the "no samples on Aro's" policy. Wlad also mentioned the other day the desire to find organic ethanol for extraction. Probably in line with his policy to "always use Organic ingredients when possible".

I imagine that stuff is not cheap, and may be affecting the price of extraction for the NET's.

I trust that you will get what you are paying for, but like Sharon, I'm not affected by this change.
