Totally with ya, those white Egos turned nasty pretty fast.
I have had the stock/satin finish Provari Mini since March and have had nary a problem. Doesn't show fingerprints or dirt, and I carry it in a little Le Sportsac with the rest of my vaping equipment. It is a little too heavy for pocket use though.

Funny moment: one of my employees just came into our stockroom and asked me if I had backslid and was smoking again.

I hadn't. But I was vaping Devil Dog at the time:p

LOL - I was in weapons and defense training ALL DAY today and was really missing my vape. So I went into the bathroom so I could have me some and blew plumes of smoke. Then I looked up and saw the fire alarm and thought "Oh crap" - can you imagine if the vapor set off the fire alarm and the entire 19 story Court house had to be evacuated?? Didn't want to take the slim chance that it could happen (someone told me that apparently some smoke alarms are set off by the "movement" of smoke - don't know if that's true??) - so I quickly stopped and went back into training :(

That's funny, but I think you were given some bad information about fire alarms -- otherwise what would stop the movement of humans from setting it off? I've vaped in my fair share of airplane bathrooms, and never forced a plane to land.

From what I've read around on the forums, there are types of detectors that will detect vapor, and some that won't. So it just depends I guess.

I love me some stealth vaping, though. Was in the grocery store for an hour and a half today, just vaping away, and no one was the wiser. Not as satisfying as blowing out big fluffy clouds o' course, but hey, a fix is a fix.

Ok, so I'm not totally off on this one! My luck, the Courthouse alarms detect smoke AND vapor

Yeah, I've heard that too... Like one detects carbon monoxide, which is the more common type, and the other will detect other types of particles that hit the sensor, possibly including vapor. I tend to assume that the carbon monoxide detecting type will be in a bathroom because otherwise steam could possibly set it off, but just to be on the safe side, I make sure to blow the vapor away from the detector.

I don't do this very often because I'm not sure how good it is for you, but there's always the double inhale technique. Inhale and hold it in, and then take another deep breath without blowing out the first. Little or no vapor comes out after that.

Yep, that's the same technique I'm calling "stealth." I never considered that it might be worse for you than regular vaping. Hrm.

Easy fix: exhale into a handkerchief. It will absorb all the vapor and unlike "other" smoke, leaves no odor behind.

One benefit to being a guy and not wearing a skimpy shirt (I guess wife beaters would be an exception, haha)... Is that I can just blow the vaper down my long sleeve shirt or fleece, at least during the spring, fall and winter where I live now.

My black Friday order is also in the packaging area. I got that email Monday, I think. I haven't checked this evening, don't know if that's been changed. I know it will get here and I have plenty to use until it does.

Got my new Provari on Monday. How does anyone use the vivi novas on this? Every time I try to vape above 3.9, I get very burnt taste. Checking the ohms, it says they are 2.8 (even tho they are labeled 2.4). According to the watt charts floating around, looks like I should be able to go higher?

I noticed that too. I put a tank on (but didn't check which head was on it) and it was tasting burnt at what I thought was very low volts. To be honest, I get burnt taste from Vivi's on a twist too, unless it's turned way down. Seems they just want to be on a 650 ego.

Well, you're not going to believe it. This is NOT grape as you know it in any iteration of a food industry product. This is grape. REAL grape. Not concentrated like a bold red wine, and if it's a small wild grape, it's one that is seeing the proper amount of sun to reach phenolic ripeness. It is a PERFECT level of sweetness, meaning a hint of sweet, and a hint of skin. I can tell by your description, exactly what you are looking for. This grape is what you are looking for. This juice was a serious revelation to the term "Grape" as used by anything but a fruit vendor, trust me. It is going to completely blow you away. And I'm understating it's awesomeness.

Also, don't just wait for the steep. Try it when you get it, and you will see what you have. My eyelids almost bruised my forehead.

Okay, can't wait. I want to just drive to Flint (50 miles) and try 'em all, but looks like their cafe isn't open yet.

Don't get me started on them, if anyone remembers awhile ago, I was annoyed at a mod vendor. I bet you can't figure out who it was!

Hey Mo (Mark) nice to meet ya, I am madden(Mark) Lol

Hello Madden, I'm Madder. Black Friday, I was a Mark. ;)
It's very nice to meet you. Did you get your issue resolved?

I'm very much looking forward to the cafe opening, but I'm not sure how it's going to work with sampling flavors. The impression I am getting is that it will certainly be vape friendly, and there will be drinks and desserts, many modeled after the vapes they offer, but I haven't really had any conversations or emails that included details on sampling vapes. Mr. Mann?

Oh, and thanks for the Airplane Vaping tips all, tomorrow will be my first long trip since I started vaping, and I am DEFINITELY not going cold turkey. I've got my little 650 dripper pocket stealth hookup ready. I'll just have to hydrate a lot, so I have a reason for all that running to the bathroom. Yech, airplane bathrooms. Can't wait.

Well, Bummer. I didn't have the issue on the twists. On the hunt for something else I guess ;)

On a much better note, I finally tried my BVC and it is very good. It won't be an all day vape as it is very sweet, to me. It does go very well with the morning coffee!

I don't really do an all day vape anyway. I like changing it up.

If I am not mistaken, the Xpress line will probably be used for that. I can't wait for that line!!!!!!!
