Just remember, from a business view point..... this is a good problem to be having.

Yes, this! It is the best type of problem to have. As a former entrepreneur, this is my mantra whenever I see someone struggling with work.

"How are you doing?"

"Really busy and overwhelmed."

"Trust me, that is a good thing."

This makes me think about a local place I order carry out from. I go every week and they often have a minor problem with the order. The other night they apologized when they had to remake my order and I had to wait.

I told him that where I work everything goes perfect every day.

To me what makes a business great has more to do with how they handle the problems over the successes. Every business has problems, no buts. What I look for is what and how they handle the them. This is what can keep me coming back.

They are doing the right things...

Cannot keep up with orders...hold orders
Cannot fill them in promised time...give refunds and sincere apologies.

When you are not "busy and overwhelmed" is when you need to worry.

This is extremely true....I'm sure there are so many people out there only wishing they were in that situation. Regardless....my heart still goes out to Wlad & Alley....as I'm sure they feel as though they are letting their customers down. But I think based on the emails everyone sent today, and the overall sentiment in this thread alone...they clearly have all of our support!

Wlad is a man of standards and when he can't meet his standards, he would rather wait until those standards can be met. He has on the site how long orders should take to process and I imagine that when the times began exceeding that, he decided to take a loss.

Standards - what a concept!

Has anyone with a "confirmed" order received a cancellation notice?

If you haven't gotten it, you will. I imagine most, if not all, of those in here (at least the regulars) that ordered something told Wlad to just process it when he can. The notice said it will be refunded unless he is emailed otherwise. He is a man of his word, and if circumstances try and contradict his word, he will see to it that his customers are taken care of.

Oh yeah, this Chai Latte is some good stuff.

The spices have really meshed together as it steeped, and now it's very smooth and well-blended. It's a very distinctive chai blend; I've never had a drink that tasted like this, but I wish I had. The Masala Chai is a little aggressively spicy to me, but this is very smooth, creamy, and mellow. Please don't ask me what spices, cos I have no clue. I've tried quite a few chai vapes, and they usually lead with a predominant spice like cardamom or cinnamon. But I can't pick out any single one with this one.
I went with the sweetener option (as is my wont) so it's nice and sweet without being overly or artificially so.

I really love the way Ahlusion uses cream notes in a blend. It doesn't taste fake or have that gross, heavy, almost greasy mouth feel like some "cream" vapes do. (I don't know how to describe it. Just, some creamy type vapes feel rancid to me.) With theirs, you don't actually taste cream so much as it makes the whole blend smooth and rich and silky.

I think I'll definitely put some mileage on this one during the winter. It just feels so warm and cozy.

Thanks for that update. Hopefully I'll be able to try some before 2013. I do like chai spices especially when it's with cream. There's usually black pepper in there too which lends to its uniqueness and spiciness.

Ah, I see you're from Temecula, so you must be Marc K's friend? He's good people and I don't think there are many out there who know more about vaping, but he's really good at getting me to buy expensive stuff that I don't need! Welcome to the thread, Clouds! Ahlusion should be back up and running tomorrow.

LOL...hey Tez...yeah, Marc has the same affect on me and he is a great guy! He's helped me and my other local vape friends out a lot. I think he should start a blog or review site or something, he's really good at that kind of thing. Thanks, I got my Ahlusions order in last week, as well as my VapeRev, Provape, Alien Visions and Vapage...wow, thanks Marc!

Well my first order is on its way to me. For that I am extremely thankful, after reading all the excellent reviews. A quality product is always worth the wait. I equate it with a gourmet meal as opposed to take out. A gourmet meal needs time to prepare. Take out is take out. Mass produced product and it is what it is.

I choose to look at it this way. By the time it gets to me, has the proper steep, and I finally get to sample the goodness of Ahlusion, they will be up and running ready for the next order I'm sure I will placing.

There is a part of me that is willing to let those who are dangerously close to running out have what I have coming in the mail. If I haven't tasted it, I will not know what I am missing. I have 6 10ml bottles, 12mg, at the recommended VG/PG for each particular flavor, if anyone needs it. They are mostly fruit types except for the Sasparilla. PM me if you would like.

I have reason to believe that Wlad has seen some nasty emails. I think he should keep in mind that for every anonymous keyboard critic who DOES bother to email, there are 100 fans and believers who know he is spread thin right now, and silently wishing him the best and waiting for things to return to normal.

Well we are a bunch of Ahlusion addicts in need of a fix after all, but yes its uncalled for.
