I use atties. Once upon a time, I was all about the Boge carto's...2.0 LR. My beloved better half got me really into the atties. Once I got the Vmod..I was hooked on the Vapage AMG Hybrid (Shifu coil!! Brilliant!) at 1.5 LR. It gave vaping a whole new life for my juices.
As for Eminem...I adore his music, but listen to him strictly with the headphones on. I have all of his music on my Ipod and have quite a few songs that were bought just because he was featured in them (Nicki Minaj and D12 come to mind). My Ipod currently is a very weird menagerie of music..various bellydancing songs, Lorenna McKevitt, Enigma, Marilyn Manson, Florence and the Machine, Backstreet Boys, Jay Z, Evanescence, Rhianna, Beyonce, etc ad nauseum...music is to be diverse and enjoyed in my ears..I have no specific type..I love it all...even some good old fashioned country.![]()
Made a note on the Vmod atties. I'm really interested in trying out a bottom feeder.
We have similar iPods. I love Nicki Minaj's, "Pink Friday". Don't care for a lot of the new stuff she is doing though. Florence and the Machine are really good. Can't do Marilyn Manson. My daughter was really into his music as a teenager.
One of my favorites will always be Van Morrison. Discovered him when I was a teenager and still listen to him now. Also David Gray. 30 Seconds to Mars was my last discovery. They made a 12 minute video for "Hurricane" that is pretty cool. It was banned in the US so they had to make a censored version.
I can't wait to hear what Eminem comes out with next. A lot of the industry put him down for his last album saying he sold out but it really made him mainstream. He has matured and so has his music. Did any of you see or hear the Shady 2.0 Cypher from BET? That was so awesome!! The uncensored version is on You Tube.
Here here! It's too bad we don't have an Ahlusionati subforum -- we could make a jukebox thread.
You have great taste, Biz (in regard to both Neko and the Boba Honeydew)!
I can't do bottom coils -- cools the vapor way too much for my taste.
Seems to me we talk about everything here anyway. Didn't Mr. Mann say that Ahlusion was going to be getting their own subforum? It would be great if they did. Then new people looking for juice info wouldn't have to wade through our discussions.
Oh man...you totally blew my excitement for the T3. I was hoping they would give me something good to use on my 808 X2s. I'll still give them a try but maybe I better just buy 1 at first. So if I don't like them you've saved me some money
Thanks for the tip Tez, I'll try it this week! Don't want dad cooking, and if I have to do another buffet, I'm going to chuck. He's a local so I've been letting him direct. Dad says he knows the neighborhood, not the restaurant but he's willing to try it tomorrow night.
You guys are making me homesick for Vegas. The best 4 years of my husband being in the Air Force we were in Vegas. Absolutely loved it. We had a house halfway up Sunrise Mountain with an awesome private pool in the backyard. Now I'm back home in Anchorage and its -2 and we don't even have snow in the backyard!
I have tried my bottle of Sweet surrender It's a very nice sweet vape! Not something I could vape a lot but a nice change up.![]()
Save some to try at 6 weeks! I'd love to know if anyone else notices how it smooths out.
Hey all, I am just getting back from a concert featuring James Blood Ulmer and Vernon Reid in their blues band, and Me'Shell Ndegeocello doing Nina Simone covers. Before I left for the concert, I received a package from my friend LLJR. He sent me BPT and Car-mal Mambo. While I am not reviewing these juices, I will say that the caramel in CMM is (I believe) the same caramel in Caramel Apple. The BPT (Black Pomegranate Tea) is the most pulchritudinous (I had to find an exotic word beyond beautiful) vape that I have ever had. This may seem weird, but that vape seemed to start a new chapter in my life, not just my vaping life.
Wlad, you simply know what it is that you're doing! Thanks, J.
Looks like I'm adding Caramel Apple to my wishlist. I really like the Car-mal Mambo but to me it could use a touch of something else. Apple sounds perfect.
Maynard's voice. Perfect with a glass of riesling and some Peachy Criminal. Or anything else. I've been lucky enough to see him with both Tool and APC for a total of four shows. Jane's Addiction does out on a great show too, saw them with Trent a couple of summers ago. I've been working on re-organizing my messy music library all weekend- our neighbors burned our apartment building down last year and I lost my entire 1.5 tb collection along with everything else we owned including our puppy.I kind of put off even thinking about trying to rebuild for quite a while, like, music, oh well, we don't even have a bed etc..and one day I snapped out of it and realized I'd probably rather live without dishes and towels and furniture than live without music. So I have music again, but I'm old and slow and it's a lot of work and brain cell usage. Funny to find this talk while take a break from my tagging, and yay! Now I am listening to Aenima and feeling happy. =)
That really sucks. I'm sorry to hear that you lost your puppy and everything else
I have never been to a concert or live performance in my life. Growing up in Alaska during the 70's we just didn't have any here. By the time I got some place where they had any I was busy raising children. Now I could handle the loud music but not the loud crowd or standing for a long period of time.
