How about The Pluses.

Yeah, I think everyone can add whatever they want (good, bad, or ugly) -- it can be voted upon later. Everyone should feel free to just cut, paste, and bump forward like we did with our nic level preferences so many pages ago (another thing that got buried in this gargantuan thread)!

I also would volunteer as a moderator if needed. I'm a stay-at-home mom to a wee one so I have a lot of "naptime" reading opportunities and whatnot.

Just to clarify the previous post I made about Moderators... Each person doesn't need to read every post, but we as a group need to make sure we keep all of the posts and threads in line with the ECF forum rules ;)

There is no limit to the number of moderators, as far as I can tell... I just think to make sure we can cover for each other we need to have a few to start off with. That number can grow or shrink in the future as we see fit. If you volunteer now, like Mr. Mann, but either lose interest or time to help... You are free to move on, and additional people can be added.

I think you'd make a great mod! I'd volunteer myself, but I'm prone to bouts of disappearance for months at a time.

If you read what I posted... Being gone for period of time are no big deal, as long as we have enough people to cover. So if you want to help Tez... Don't let your flightiness stop you, hehe :p

It doesn't like I'll be ordering today so I might as well go on to work. Yay.

Will we get a chance to vote on our mods? If so I have a few questions I'd like to ask each candidate. Mostly centered around their thoughts on glitter gifs. And baby talk. Can't be too careful.

In all seriousness though, it looks like there's already a nice pool of volunteers but I can help in a pinch as well. And rotating might be a good idea too ...

Oh! I like

A+

Short and sweet :)

Short and sweet is always optimum.

Hula will be the determining factor in whether this thread stays open or not, or, I guess, if this thread as it is will be moved. The group as a whole is moving, but as far as this thread, I am not sure what Hula wants to do with it -- I am still waiting on word from her.

I would vote for this thread to stay where it is... That way we can start fresh, and also this thread would be available for people to find out about what is going on with the potential group creation. We could post information about where to find the new threads and how to join the group... So people that read this thread only from time to time would not be left out in the cold?

Big thanks to Tez for running with the Group Name deal... You rock.

And the outpouring of volunteers to help this get off it's feet has been awesome... So far the following people have thrown their hats in the ring (in no particular order, hehe):

- Biziou
- daniele25
- LisaL
- Mr.Mann
- SinisterRaccoon
- Tezcatlipoca
- Tralfaz
- wonderland

If there is anything I can do to help I certainly would but I have to say I am not overly computer literate. Other than that, I think I could help if needed.

Shoot... I've cast my lot for A+, but I fear a name like that might draw a lot of interest or attention. Now my inner Gangsta is kinda relishing something like Smooth Criminals... Nah, same problem.

Let's see - how to attract less interest ...
