yup, they still arent taking orders today..

Thanks for letting me know. I didn't know if it was just me. I don't know how much longer I'll keep trying and refreshing the site. Who knows if they'll even open today. I don't mind waiting for an order; I just ordered from Ms Ts (15 day wait, not including shipping). But it would be nice if a business would put a notice up if they'll be closed or very late in opening. Maybe they had an emergency.

It's 11:20am and I took off today just to place my first order. I've been refreshing every 30 seconds since 9:30am (in case they opened early) and nothing. Are they closed today? So frustrating. :(

Man, you guys are diehards.. No way would I take time off of work to make a order online

I suppose I do this as well. Then again, I often surf the web at work during down time. lol

Why Ahlusion doesn't change the store hours to after 5pm so we all have a equal chance and buying is beyond me.. Store hours for a online shop? Thats a first for me..

I'd love to try the product.. But I'm not jumping through all those hoops just to give them my money.. Should be the other way around.

I resisted ordering from these guys for quite a long time, simply because I dislike hype so much, and because I found the pretentiousness of their online ad copy so off-putting. About a week ago, though, I did give in, and spent nearly an hour wrestling with their on-again/off-again website. (Extremely aggravating, I must say, but, at that point, I was determined to prevail.)

So. A week's now passed, and they've apparently not gotten around to shipping my order. Nor have they bothered to send any updates beyond the terse announcement that they'd deigned to accept my money.

Thus far I am distinctly unimpressed, to say the least. If this stuff isn't ten times more gratifying than Chateau Margaux, I think it's safe to say that I'll be forgoing the rare and magical Ahlusion experience for the foreseeable future.

I pretty much followed the same path. Tried and tried to get a new account. The only way I could find to "get there" on the website was to add something to a wishlist and then at that login prompt select "register" - and then hope to not get the "not accepting new accounts at this time" message. Got my account. Set up my wishlists (one for me, one for a friend). Placed my order at 10:30am on a Friday. Waited over a full work-week and then sent a follow-up email yesterday as my order was still in Confirmed status. Their Order Processing page has notes to the effect that orders delayed beyond 5 days will be canceled and refunded. If that had happened to me I would not have been ordering again (and, really, you lock down new accounts, you lock down daily orders and if you can't complete the order in a timely fashion THEN you cancel it?).

The good news is, they replied promptly to my inquiry and my juice was set to process and ship "today". This better be DAMN good juice.

They are very busy. You will get your order. If you read their website it says 3-5 days processing (not including weekends). Processing meaning it will start being made after that. Lately it's about 10-14 days from ordering to shipping. It is a quality product that is tailored to your needs so it takes time. They will have an express line available soon that will ship quickly but customization won't be an option. As far as threatening to take your business elsewhere there is a list of vendors they recommend on their website if they do not meet your needs. Pretty humble and helpful if you ask me. Besides something tells me they won't suffer too much if you decide to go elsewhere.

I hadn't seen that part of the website before, pretty cool! They have some good suggestions for hardware vendors too. I like under W2V they say when they aren't vaping their own tobacco juice it's who they turn to. Also a pretty positive shout out to RAWR, which I agree with.

Don't know about helpful.. I imagine they wont miss my business.. And I will be hours of my time and many gray hairs ahead if I forget they exist.

If they were to cancel my order because of their delay (as their policy states), yeah, I would have not returned for another order but not in any attempt to "stick it to them". I didn't see that as a "threat to take my business elsewhere". Obviously if they are at (or over, as it appears) capacity then they really don't "need" my business. I'm happy with my current juice suppliers but wanted to try Ahlusion.

My experience would have been improved if my order status was at least updated to Processing within 5 days (business days, excluding order date, excluding weekends). Or if their order processing stated 6-10 days then my expectations would have been in check. As I said, I inquired, they responded promptly, all is good.

I do realize that I have no one to blame but myself, but still. The idea that paying customers should have to beg and grovel for little bottles of flavored nicotine is pretty ridiculous.

And they're not even blessed by the Pope!
