Built a 5/6 split micro coil on Artistic Wire Coil Gizmo. 32ga. kanthal on the smallest spindle, smaller that 1/16" drillbit. It was actually prettier before I installed it in the PT II head. Click pic to enlarge.

Oh... derp!! Sorry... must be... half asleep or something lol. I just bought some 30 gauge myself... tried working with 32 (too wiry/thin) and tried 28 (need to use a lot to get enough resistance/takes up too much space). I have the coiling gizmo as well but I need to use it more.. I just try to wrap it on a small screwdriver and it comes out OK but it can always be better!
