I'm travelling to Hong Kong in 3 weeks. Sooooo happy we found a direct flight from Vancouver to Hong Kong (American customs is such a hassle). But I'm not sure about being able to take juice with nicotine, since it's illegal here?
Air Canada policy is that you're allowed to bring all your e-cig stuff onboard (but not to use it). I searched around the forum but I didn't see anything directly about nic juice, except one post that said it's not illegal to have juice with nic, just to sell it (??).
1- If the bottles are already labelled with strength (11mg), can they be seized?
2- How likely is it the agent is even going to know nic juices aren't allowed?
3- Should I just make new labels that don't have a nic content on them? Can I be caught like this? I don't want to lie to customs if I don't have to. Or would it be better to fill a bunch of carts beforehand and just take those? Or should I bring juice in the checked bags instead?

4- Since I'm going to the birthplace of e-cigs, I might buy a bunch of cheap hardware and/or juices. Is it likely they'll seize these?
