Thanks, I'll work on Il and MD. It's time consuming because you have to hand pick each email address out. But I used to clean data for a living, so it's nothing new.

We have several threads going, so I will just link to the other one.
This takes the Excel list and converts it into a format that allows one to cut and past a chunk of names/addresses into the "TO" field. Reason for chunking is that many email programs choke up if you try to send to too many people at once.
