I couldn't help but notice your signature picture. According to your smoke free counter...it's been 365 days as of today (Jan 10). I think congratulations are in order!
I'm loving all the rescue stories so I'll add one.
A litter of kittens was dumped onto the median of the highway in a shopping bag. They were rescued by some nice folks and were allowed to be put on display in the local Petco's education area. From what I saw, most of them went fairly quick as they were all pretty cute tabbys. I went around the store picking up supplies for another pet, and when I got back only the black and white runt was left. She was hissing and was pretty anti social so it wasn't a big surprise. As I turned to pick up my basket of merchandise she ran across the display and jumped up on me, but was purring away. I think the other people were more surprised than me! I took her home and I haven't put her down since, and that will be seventeen years ago this May.

When we went to get Dolce my vet brought me back to the cages and she was curled in a tight ball then when she saw me she leapt to the front of the cage meowing, purring loudly and grabbing at me with her widdle claws. She picked me.

I agree! We once had a cat literally jump through a window and make himself at home.
I actually do diy and Nicole and Jah love a couple of the juices that I make. That reminds me I needs to make some more so I can send Jah some of Eddy's tobacco (which he loves), and Nicole some of my "Oh Baby", which is my baby aspirin flavored juice, which she loves. LOL
And in saying all that, AIV has nothing to worry about. I love their juice and I can't make it like they do! LOL

^^^That^^^^ is exactly WHY I didn't pursue DIY!!!! AiV is my go to juice and I can't conceive of even trying to get close to their magic! So they're stuck with me as a regular patron, LOL!
Thank you sweetheart. Eddy and I still miss him and I still cry and have dreams of him. He always curled up against my back when I slept and I can still feel him there at times.

Ok all the 16 little bottles, and the big bottles, have been given a warm bath and a hearty shake and have their caps off, to relax in the cool and the dark.
Each and every one of the 16 little bottles smelled utterly delicious. Utterly. None smell like they need a rest. All tell my brain that I want to eat them up, bathe in them, bake them, pour them onto my tongue.
The "Call me Vanilla" does not smell nice yet, as expected.
And the tall bottle of "White Rabbit" also doesn't smell good, though the little 3mL bottle smells scrumptious.
The tall "Twas Brillig" and "Fifteen Foot Falls" also smell as lovely as their tiny brethren.
This is going to be fun

Did my first ever coil, a vertical micro for my PT2 rockin' on my ProVari.........
*THINK* I did 10 wraps of 30ga kanthol on a 18ga needle, tested it, 1.8-1.9 ohms......filled up a new PT2 with ZA and let 'er rip at 3.0v!
forgot to wash the new PT2
It was amazing....minus the "factory ick" taste, no scorching/burning grommet or gurgling. Switched out the tank to a cleaned PT1, the "ick" is going away, butI think I will have to drop my nic (11mg) down! Major head buzz after a few vapes!
So any helpful hints? What seems like the ideal v/ohms for a 30ga wrap? And did I put enough wraps on it?
If it's not leaking and you think it tastes good it's a success! As far as voltage to use on 1.8ish ohm coil it's really up to you. If you want to see what it's like just keep adjusting it up in small increments. You'll know you have gone too far if you get some burnt flavor. Just back it down and you'll find your sweet spot, which isn't necessarily as high as you can go without burning. Basically just adjust it to taste.
You do not have to worry about going to high and having it be dangerous. So if something exploding is in the back of your mine, don't worry.
Ad yes you did enough wraps. I think 1.5-2.5 should work just fine for you on a Provari. You just want to make sure the coil never touches the top of the long metal piece, I call it the chimney, I am not sure if that's the correct name for it.
EDIT: Nice job on the chimney build, that can be a tricky one to pull off.

or you could just add some non flavored pg or vg to them and tone them down a bit. Just a thought. That's what I do.

Oh man! You busted me! LOL! Thank you very much, could not have done it without all the great peeps on ECF and you fellow Vapelandians, seriously, cause I was going juice crazy back in August, my old juice had gotten YUCKY!
Yep, 1 year today, threw out all the ashtrays, lighters, misc. smoking junk and devoted myself to be "smoke free".........and damn it feels great! And now I can see it as the same day, a year later, that I wrapped my first coil and it worked!!!!!! Totally cool!
Started at 24mg nic and am now at 11mg...but this vertical coil has me thinking that maybe I need to lower it...talk about a nic rush, it vapes almost too good! Switched out to a clean tank, this is sweet! Definitely going to make a 1.5 ohm tomorrow, got the skinny on the wrap count off the vertical coil thread.

I really had no idea that I'd be smoke free for a year, that vaping would work for me, that I'd feel great...............and I don't even want to touch or smell a cigarette......it's amazing! I had a nice little cry about it, and I'm not one that gets emotional about many things but this was the only vice I had held onto for 33 years.....well, unless you call the occasional swearing a vice, lol, but it was definitely the hardest to walk away from.
Funny thing, it wasn't as hard as I thought it would be. But vaping was the biggest reason I stuck with it. This past year was really tough and I could have easily said the stress was overwhelming and just caved. But, I had my support here and awesome juice, and things will get better!

I'm so happy with my order! I picked some winners. Foursquare is AWESOME. the grape in it reminds me of some Popsicles my dad ate constantly when I was little. I'm currently vaping it with some local ice cream and they go together perfectly.
The cheshire catnip when I first opened it and smelled it, smelled like straight up licorice and I was like but I should learn to trust more because I actually like it! It doesn't taste like licorice but rather it contributes to the other flavors. I can see myself enjoying it when I need something refreshing as I don't really like citrus
I can tell crunkberry is going to be a favorite but I need to let it sit a little.
Sweet tease is just as good as I remembered it and even better now that I have a vv/vw battery but it seems to not play well with my protank. It seems fine at the perfect setting for a while then starts to taste burnt no matter what I put it at. I'll have to just mess around with it because it's so worth it!
