I am writing this to show my appreciation to Ben at avejuice.com. I recently had a problem with receiving my package due to my regular mail carrier being on vacation. I live in a fairly large apartment complex, and i think the substitute mail carrier was confused and miss-delivered my juices. After trying in vain to resolve the issue with the USPS, I decided to send alien Visions a message telling them of my frustrating situation. To my surprise I got a phone call from Ben himself the very next morning! He informed me that he had contacted the post office, and they were going to give him a call back regarding my package. He then told me if they couldn't find my package, he was going to remake my order and send it out the next day. And he did. And he has earned himself a long term customer. Thank you Ben!
