I have to agree with you, the ten sec shut-off is a pain in the ars. I cant tell you how frustrating it is when your 7 sec in your toke and starting to get the sweet spot of your toke and it shut off. I been having to multi fire is couple time to get a a full toke. Also the button has a slow response I noticed as well. Were it take it almost a complete sec for it fire up, then you have to keep a mental timer going to let go and fire up again or it shut's down on you. I was hoping there was a software and posssible ware to to update the firmware or re-code it for a 15 - 16 toke time and it would be a 5 star perfect product.
