If you haven’t yet, find listings for some of the flavors and see if the ingredients are given. I don’t think there used to be so many with sweetener added as there are now. I also suspect that bakery is the worst offender, because they’re often more complex - cheesecake flavor seems to have a lot of sweeteners, where graham cracker not much, if any, and my guess is that’s due to complexity.

When I need a break from all the sweetness I go with toasted almond, maybe hazelnut, stand alone. I’d love to find a good coffee too.
Have you tried WF Brazilian coffee yet?

Is it good stuff?
I don't have it, I like sweeter coffees like VT coffee liqueur. Those that like a plain coffee to work with love it though. Quite a bit of chatter about on VU at one time. I keep FA espresso on hand; use 1 drop if I get my mix too cream forward. If I hadn't already had the FA I would have the WF instead. It would be easier to work with.

I tend to like sweeter coffees as well. I have VT coffee liqueur which I think you hipped me to when I got into DIY as well as FA espresso. I've been trying to come up with a good coffee milk recipe and one drop of espresso foots the bill. I just can't seem to get the milk part the way I want it.

Purilum caramel coffee and sweet milk, ooo milky undertones, HS cream, or FA fresh cream might get you there. I prefer creams over milk so can't help much. PM me if you don't have the ooo milky undertones.
